12 week plans!

Wanting to make significant changes to your diet and lifestyle? Need a kickstart and regular check-ins to maintain momentum and guarantee change? Particularly recommended for those wanting to lose weight.
12 week plans include a 60 minute initial consultation where we deep dive into your diet and lifestyle history, look at what your aims are, and how we are going to start achieving these over the 12 weeks.
Review appointments are provided 2 weekly (6 in total following the initial consultation) where we will review your current plan, any barriers, and progress to make further changes to work towards your nutrition goals. I hope to give you personalised ‘nutrition hacks’ to overcome any previous and current barriers – meaning you can finally achieve your nutrition and lifestyle goals!
By the end of the 12 weeks, I hope to have given you all the tools you need to go off and continue successfully smashing your nutrition goals! This plan will give you tools for life, not just for 12 weeks.

Initial Consultations:
Best suited to those wanting to ensure their diet is nutritionally complete, and looking to ensure they are eating a diet most beneficial to their health goals.
During this consutation, we will deep dive into your history, current lifestyle, and aims. Together, we will create a plan to ensure you can reach your nutritional goals. Let’s make your health goals a reality together!

Say goodbye to a one-size fits all fad diet. Let’s create a plan that meets your unique lifestyle and health goals.

Prior to your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a 3 day food diary and fill out a pre-consultation questionnaire. This involves gathering information on what you want to achieve, your current barriers, and any medical conditions. Returning these prior to the appointment will allow for a more fluent appointment and a more focused dietetic plan to be created at the end of your appointment which aligns with your goals.


During the initial consultation, you will be asked for further information based on your food diary and questionnaire – creating an in-depth diet history for yourself. This will help ensure a plan is created that best suits your lifestyle and goals. It’s a judgement-free zone to discuss how I can best help you and together create an evidence-based plan to help you meet your goals!
Following the consultation, you will be sent a copy of your dietetic plan and any resources you may find helpful. It’s best to put these somewhere within eyesight to help keep you accountable, motivated, and focused on your plan.
