Makes 12 bars
Ingredients:
- 250g oats
- 150g nut butter
- 3tbsp honey
- 100g mixed seeds
- 150g mixed nuts (roughly chopped) or chopped nuts
- 100g dark chocolate (roughly chopped) or dark chocolate chips
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200C or 180C fan
- Line a 8x8inch baking tray with greaseproof paper
- Measure out all your ingredients into a bowl
- Mix ingredients until combined
- Add mix to your lined baking tray and press down well with the back of a wooden spoon
- Bake in the oven for around 20 minute until starting to turn golden
- Allow to cool and cut into 12 bars with a sharp knife
- Store in an airtight container – these should last up to 7 days if stored correctly keeping you going all week!
